Commercial offer
Each engagement begins with evidence. Scope, timetable, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and price are agreed only after the source systems and operating needs are understood.
Understand the workflow, source data, assurance boundary, stakeholders and gaps. Produce an evidence-backed scope before implementation.
Configure a bounded route, test it with representative records and record outcomes against agreed acceptance criteria.
Move an accepted pilot into routine operation with named responsibilities, service reporting and controlled change.
Products and applications
The catalogue includes public propositions and internal or experimental capabilities. A status label is a description of current evidence, not a claim of customer adoption, production assurance or general availability.
Public commercial proposition
A controlled integration layer intended to transform completed incident data into mapped, validated and submission-ready FaRDaP records.
Current boundary: production FaRDaP delivery and customer deployment evidence are not yet published.

Estate operating model
Shared identity, data, files, monitoring, service testing and protected publication support the estate. Each product keeps its own purpose, data boundary, acceptance criteria and service commitments.

Planned independent capacity for recovery, replication and controlled service continuity.
Planned monitoring, immutable recovery material and out-of-band assurance outside the main failure domains.
The names describe the intended operating pattern. Current deployment, recovery objectives, test results and locations must be verified before they appear in a customer commitment.
Assurance and proof
Professional history and internal platform evidence are relevant context, but they are not customer endorsements, product certifications or proof of production adoption.
The estate does not claim ISO/IEC 27001 certification. An ISMS scope, risk treatment process, policy set, control evidence, internal audit and management review remain launch work.
