The customer journey

What happens after you enquire.

We adapt the work to the problem. These are the decisions you can expect before and during an engagement.

  1. 01

    We understand the need

We discuss the issue, who is affected, the systems involved and any deadline. If it is an existing service fault, we use the Helpdesk route.

  2. 02

    We agree how to investigate

Where more evidence is needed, we define the access, people, examples and boundaries for a review. We tell you whether this is a paid piece of work before it starts.

  3. 03

    You receive a written scope

We set out what we will do, the price, timetable, responsibilities and what a successful outcome looks like. You can review that before making a commitment.

  4. 04

    We deliver and test together

We make the agreed changes or build the service, show progress and test against the agreed acceptance criteria. Changes to scope are discussed before they are made.

  5. 05

We hand over or support the result

You receive the information needed to use and operate the result. If ongoing support is part of the agreement, we confirm how to raise issues and review the service.

Before you send details

Please do not include passwords, live incident records or sensitive personal data in the enquiry form. We will agree a secure route if examples are needed.
